About the parking

For comfortable parking in "Karlín", Prague 8, use our garages in the new administrative building Rustonka. The "Invalidovna" station located on the metro 'B' line is only 200 m away and takes you to the center within 5 minutes. If you want to take the Taxi it will take you around 10-15 minutes to get to the center of town.
There is non-stop service in the garage.

Access to the garage without the MR.PARKIT app
Once you have completed your reservation, you will receive phone numbers by SMS and in a parking card by email - call these numbers during the reservation to open the entrance and exit barriers. The numbers will always be busy or unavailable, do not end the call until the barrier is opened. The call to open is for free even for international numbers. The barrier will open only if you call from the phone numbers you enter in the reservation.

In the course of your reservation, you can repeatedly drive in and out of the garage. Parking motorcycles is permitted (with a maximum of two motorbikes per parking space).

Yes, the garage is located right by the Invalidovna metro station (line B). In addition to the metro, you can also use tram lines departing from the tram stop of the same name to travel around the city.
Where can I find the pedestrian entrance to the garage?
Pedestrian access to the garage is through the reception of the R1 building (Amazon) and then by elevator from the garage. Outside the building's opening hours (on weekends and at night), the pedestrian entrance is closed. To open it, call the phone number provided in your reservation confirmation.
What if I arrive earlier or leave later than the time I reserved?
Opening the entrance/exit via mobile phone works exclusively during the time period you have reserved. If you arrive at the parking lot before your reservation starts, please contact our customer support at +420 277 277 978; the same applies to a later departure. If you know in advance that you will arrive early or, conversely, won't make it to pick up your car on time, you can extend your reservation yourself in your user account within the MR.PARKIT app.
My parking space is occupied, what should I do?
Sometimes it can happen that another client parks in your space - anyone can make a mistake :-) You can report an occupied space in the MR.PARKIT app. The app will assign you a new parking space. You can also call our 24/7 hotline at +420 277 277 977, where we will be happy to help you solve the problem and select a new space together.
